Hey {first name},
Congratulations on taking the first step toward a life more aligned with your truth.
As promised, here’s the guide that:
walks you through the steps to process the difficult situation you have encountered,
guides you to come to acceptance and understanding of your situation, and
helps you move forward with developing a better relationship with yourself so you can form the resilience you need to handle setbacks and conflict.
[download the guide]
The worksheets included in the guide are to reinforce the steps and provide helpful tactics to take action. I encourage you to take some time for yourself, relax in quiet, and take notes. Inner work and arriving at clarity takes some time with yourself.
What to expect after this email:
I want to allow you some space to read over the download, and take time to work on yourself. In a few days, I’ll come back to introduce myself to you. After that, you can expect weekly emails from me to share my best concepts and techniques to help you find clarity and peace. Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab (for Gmail) and move my emails to the inbox or primary tab.
May you have peace in your heart.
Tiffany
P.S. Take 15 minutes to read through the download and work through the worksheets. Then expect to see me back in your inbox in 2 days so I can properly introduce myself and every week thereafter with helpful techniques and concepts.

Body:
Hey {first name},
A couple of days ago, you requested the guide 7 steps to ________ {fill in with the guide name you end up using}. In it, we touched on these 7 steps to overcoming events when situations do not turn out as you expected (or worse).
Accept it as it is
Ending is not THE END
Process the Emotions
It’s better that things don’t work out.
Take a break.
Reflect the lesson.
Reminder.
If you want a refresher on the steps and worksheets, grab the download here.
But how did I become that person in your inbox telling you exactly how to overcome a situation when it’s not how you wanted it to be?
Because I’ve been there.
I moved to the United States at the age of 16, by myself, having never traveled outside of my birthplace and without knowing a lick of English. I worked my way to becoming a doctor of pharmacy and was in a stable relationship that was well on it’s way to marriage.
Everything looked great from the outside, but inside, I was broken and lonely.
I did everything I could so I didn’t have to be alone: I focused on my career, I studied hard, I got involved in toxic relationships. It didn’t take long before I realized I hated myself.
I broke off my engagement, I made a 360 in my career, and I forged a new path in my life.
It took me time alone, meditation, and new studies, particularly in Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism with a deep dive into buddhist philosophy that really awaked my appreciation for life.
I want to help you find an aligned, at-ease life that is based on a solid and fulfilling relationship with yourself.
It doesn’t come easy and it wont come quick.
But with a guide that has been through it, you are more likely to achieve it.
What I want for you is to know that you can learn to live your truth too. {first name}, you can live in a world where people are true to who they are; in a world where peace is long lasting because everyone is content. It starts with your relationship with yourself, {first name}.
What will you do to get there?
In addition to being a spiritual life coach, speaker, and pharmacist, I love reading tarot cards and currently enjoy living in Florida where I am soaking up the rays.
So tell me one thing about yourself, if you could have any job or occupation (where money was not a hindrance), what would it be? Reply to this email and let me know!
See you soon,
Tiffany
P.S. Now that I’ve told you a little bit about my history and my interests, I’d love to learn one thing about you: if you could be doing any job or occupation in the world (where money was not a hindrance), what would you be doing? Reply – I’d genuinely like to hear from you!

Hey {first name},
Tiffany, from the Spunky Spiritualist back to help you catapult a new relationship with yourself so you can create the life you dream.
In this podcast episode with my friend Dawn, from the podcast A Teaspoon of Healing, we talk about tools that can help you make changes in your relationship with yourself to become more resilient during uncertain or difficult times in your life.
{first name}, maybe you feel unfulfilled in your life currently. Or maybe an event or rejection happened and it was NOT at all like you had envisioned it to turn out so you are now sitting on your couch contemplating what the hell went wrong.
Nothing went wrong.
There’s nothing wrong with you.
There’s nothing wrong with the other person.
But changes can be made.
You are not able to control the outcome of any situation you encounter or change the other person but you are able to change your reaction.
You are able to change your thought patterns surrounding the way you think about the situation and what you will do next about it (because you certainly cannot sit there and dwell on it while doing nothing).
Becoming kinder, more present, and a better version of ourselves is a result of the resiliency that occurs from changing your thought patterns.

Talk to you soon!

P.S. – Situations, events, breakups, or rejections are the one thing that can lead to a better life. They can propel you forward to create the change you need to make a difference in your future thought patterns and how you can control your reaction to situations. Preview Text: True love in real life really exists!
(Put in a motivational graphic) In the words of motivational speaker Jim Rohn: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” The people you spend the most time with shape who you are. They determine what conversations dominate your attention.”
{first name}, whether you are in a romantic relationship or not, you are here because you are looking for a way to find a better situation. True love doesn’t just fall off a tree and into your lap. True love is created and manifested through hard work and determination.
In this interview with my friend and soul sister, Lori Rodgers, we have an hour and half true, unscripted talk about how she found her true love. At the time of this recording, she has been together with her husband for 22 years and they cannot keep their hands off of each other! They have fun and grow in their relationship together. When they first met, they went on engagement rings on their first date. {first name}, have you ever heard of someone doing such a crazy thing on their first date?
In case you don’t have the time to watch the entire interview, I’ve highlighted some of the key points below with minute markers so that you skip to the part of the interview that intrigues you – or maybe jump around to the sections that you want to hear about first. It’s a robust interview filled with such great information.
3:00 Looking at engagement rings on the first date.
6:00 Find someone that loves you more than you love them.
9:20 Will the guy be afraid in how demonstrative he is with his feelings?
12:20 1 Month after dating, he asked me to marry him.
15:00 Determine the terms of marriage and communication.
17:00 Why compromise doesn’t work.
21:00 The difference between safety, security, and understanding.
49:00 Sex in marriage
58:00 The importance of being able to know what each other needs.
1:00:00 Don’t sweat the small stuff
1:02:00 The four elements of Buddhist true love.
1:12:33 Learning lessons of failed relationships
1:22:45 Your partner is not your everything
1:30:20 How to deal with difficult tragedies in the relationship
One of the key takeaways from this interview is finding awareness of yourself and the other person in your relationship is the key to finding true love and satisfaction in your relationship. The best thing about understanding is that it gets better with time – where you may not even need to verbalize your needs, desires, or upsetting situations.
We talk about the four elements of the buddhist true love:
Love in kindness – When you truly love someone, you are naturally kind to them.
Compassion – Relieving each other’s suffering. When you have a hard day, you know what to do. It’s not just about what you do – their presence alone helps you suffer less.
Joy/Happiness – Just seeing and being with your partner makes you happier.
Equanimity – Their happiness and their suffering are also yours.
Do you have these four elements in your marriage or romantic relationship? Reply to this email and let me know where you are seeing the areas you can make improvements!
-Tiffany

Subject: The secret to becoming a better version of yourself.
Preview Text: and how I can help.
Hey {first name},
Tiffany, here, back with some more inspirational and helpful tips to building a happier, more fulfilling life.
There’s one little secret to building a happy life…
And that is…
There is no secret! There’s no secret plan, there’s no one-size fits all blue-print, there’s no one story for the way it will all turn out in the end.
That’s why I’ve created a 12-week coaching program designed to create impact, understand and clarify where you are in your life, help understand how your past is shaping your future, develop confidence in yourself and become resilient to whatever curveballs life throws your way. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it?
This 12-week coaching program includes:
9, 1:1 private sessions via zoom over 12 weeks
3 implementation weeks in between coaching sessions to allow time to reflect on and digest the information.
Nourishing support through email and Voxer (a free texting, video, and voice message app) so you can feel completely supported.
Tangible take-aways and reflections of how you are interpreting the events in your life.
Rituals, self-care, and creative projects to help you explore and define the relationships you truly desire.
My signature process to identify patterns that are no longer serving your relationship with yourself or others.
Implementations to take into the real world, into your unique situations, that produce positive and deep changes.
This isn’t just a 12-week session where we sit around and talk to each other about what is happening in your life. You will walk away with:
Reflections and brutally honest (but respectful) truth about how you can make changes in your interpretation of events to be able to identify the patterns.
The ability to soothe your mind and calm your nerves when you find yourself in a situation that isn’t going as planned using in-the-moment tools I teach you.
Confidence to enable you to react in real-time situations when conflict arises in your relationships.
The experience of using my signature process for recognizing patterns, creating supportive boundaries, and loving yourself.
The first step is booking a free, 15-minute discovery session to have a chat, determine where you stand in your life right now, and see if we are a good fit to work together. Nothing worse than paying for a coach that you don’t jive with, am I right {first name}?
{click here to book a free, 15 minute discovery session}
I look forward to hearing from you at our discovery session.
-Tiffany
P.S. – A free, 15 minute discovery session is that it takes to start making changes in your life and change your thought patterns. Click here to book your session.
